Why I created CoSprings Business Community, LLC
After quitting my marketing job in February 2025 to go full time in my business, I realized how lonely of a road entrepreneurship is. Most new business owners will close shop in the first five years. Many struggle with anxiety, stress, depression, fear of rejection and imposter syndrome. Most don't have deep friendships with people who are also working on the same business goals.
So with the help of COS City Hub, on August 12th, 2025, we hosted our first Tuesday morning business breakfast with the mission to create community support with social interaction and an opportunity to build meaningful relationships without any transactional strings attached.
Community Support and Business Training
I didn't want CSBC to be just another networking group. So during our Tuesday Core Connector Breakfasts, there are two main focuses:
Empower through community support and social interaction
Educate through business training and exercises
My goal was to provide the opportunity for seasoned, new and aspiring business professionals to make friends with no transactional strings attached while also providing marketing training to help them expand their circle of influence.
Zero Tolerance on Competition
Because we're a community support group for business professionals (vs an average networking group) we don't tolerate competition between same industries. We invite multiple businesses from the same industry to join our breakfasts and create their own collaborative relationships. We believe a business succeeds, not because of scarcity, but because of trust and credibility.
We also don't compete with other networking groups or events. We strongly encourage our members to find other networking groups that focus on leads and referrals, as long as it's the right fit for their industry, and to consider making CSBC their community support system where they can find motivation to invest in their business and meaningful friendships.
